We love a craft session at Livingetc, especially one held in an oh-so-pretty salon that includes afternoon tea. You can join all manner of creative workshops at Homemade London – from lingerie and beauty products to cushion and Christmas decoration making. You can also rent sewing machines and workshop space by the hour, should be just long enough to run up something fabulous for that party tonight (in our dreams).

I’ve been to Homemade London twice and both times it was a fantastic experience. Its definately a little personal luxury time –and Nicola makes you feel right at home. It doesn’t matter if you don’t know how to sew or if you’re not crafty (I’m hopeless with that sort of thing) but I still walked out with gorgeous cushion made from this lovely Liberty print. Basically, highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my sewing course at Homemade and as I’m the king of girl who struggles to sew a button on my shirt and staples the hems of her trousers I was really surprised when I left the course with such a gorgeous cushion! Homemade really is a lovely space and it has a great social aspect to. Anyone is made to feel welcome and you don’t feel silly even if you’re a novice (like me). I’ve definitely caught the bug now and I’m now looking forward to trying the vintage clothing alterations course early next year now I know I’m not totally useless.

I recently attended one of the workshops at Homemade London – great way to socialise, learn a new skill and create something lovely to take home…Totally recommended and looking into booking up another session soon!

I’m an Events Manager and was introduced to Homemade London a few months back – I think it’s the ideal activity for numerous occasions, from girlie hen weekends to staff incentives – I actually can’t wait to come along and make pretty knickers with my friends, it will be such a giggle….especially as we can enjoy a glass of wine whilst learning a new skill
I’ll certainly be spreading the word!!
